Kevin King has had a vibrant legal practice for nearly 30 years.
Kevin's work focuses on banking, commercial transactions, and
corporate and general business law, including real estate law and real
estate transactions. Kevin has extensive experience in the formation
of business entities and the handling of both basic and sophisticated
asset purchase and sale transactions. Kevin currently serves as
General Counsel for Pulaski Bank of St. Louis.
Kevin previously served as General Counsel to the Attorney General of the State of Missouri for three years and gained an insider's view to
governmental regulation. Kevin brings this experience to bear when
representing clients in state and federal regulatory matters. Kevin
has also dealt with zoning matters for a variety of clients. He
currently serves on the Civil Service Commission for the City of
Crestwood, Missouri. Kevin's professionalism and dedication to the
practice of law has earned him an "A/V" rating from his peers, the
highest rating an attorney may receive.
Active in Missouri politics for over twenty-five years, Kevin is past
president of the Missouri Association of Republicans. He is past
president and a board member of Catholic Family Services, a division
of Catholic Charities, as well as past president and emeritus director
of Missouri K.I.D.S. (Missourians who Kare for Injured and Disabled
Students), a charitable foundation providing financial assistance to
student-athletes who suffer disabling injuries.
Kevin has been actively involved in sports throughout his life.
During college, Kevin was a scholarship player for the University of
Missouri in Columbia basketball team and St. Louis University
basketball team. Kevin is the General Counsel for the St. Louis Sports Hall of Fame. Kevin and his wife, Julie, have three daughters and a
son.
